A friend of mine has a collection of wooden masks from Africa displayed on his wall. When I first saw this woodlouse I immediately saw the similarities. Since this woodlouse was dead I set about polishing him up a bit to amplify the wooden look.
It's not easy polishing a woodlouse, I can tell you!
